Objednanou terapii můžete zrušit telefonicky po sms nejpozději však 12 hodin před jejím konáním. Klienta, který zruší termín později, mohu na další termín objednat, až po uhrazení storno poplatku - 50% z ceny terapie, pozdě zrušeného termínu. Pokud termín není zrušen do 3h před nebo se klient nedostaví, účtuji 100% ceny terapie. Děkuji za pochopení.

You can cancel the ordered therapy by phone or sms at least 12hours prior your scheduled appointment. Client, who cancels the session later, can rebook after the payment of the cancellation fee which corresponds to 50% of the therapy price. If the appointment is canceled less than 3h in advance or in case of no-show, the full price will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
